I've moved!
If you come to this site outside of an RSS feed reader you may or may not have noticed that this blog has moved. No longer will you find this site at blog.3rdmartini.com. The new URL is themartinishaker.com. Please update your bookmarks because eventually the old subdomain will be taken down.
The site was down for a while this morning because even though I made the switch to the new domain last night, there was something about the move that brought down virtually every site that I host on this server. A quick overnight suggestion from (mt) engineers had me looking at my php.ini file which revealed a couple of long forgotten entries that pointed to files that were removed when I moved all the content out of the old blog subdomain. Removing those lines magically made the sites reappear.
The move to a dedicated domain marks the beginning of some changes and additions to the martini shaker* in 2009. Make sure to stay tuned.
