Pownce on it

download-screen.jpgKevin Rose, founder of Digg, recently released a side project he’s been working on called Pownce. Pownce was best described by Mashable when he said that it was a mishmash of existing services such as Twitter, chat, and file sharing. With the addition of Pownce’s desktop application, this could be a nice evolution in chat and file sharing insofar as you can share chats and files with groups of people as easily as you can one-on-one.

I’ve got 9 invites to the Pownce beta. Interested parties can leave a comment and they’ll get an invite. First come, first served obviously. Want to see what you get before you ask for an invite? Check out my Pownce profile.
