Secrets of the food styling stars…
A month or so ago when doing a lot of work for Johnnie’s Charcoal Broiler, we had to use a food stylist to make all the food look pretty for the camera.
Food styling is really a pretty fascinating art. If you don’t know, all the food you see on TV may look delicious but it’s certainly not edible. There’s been all sorts of random stuff put onto the food to get it to look right and stay fresh under the intense lights.
